Daylight Savings Time has ended. The clocks have been rolled back one hour, and I am left feeling discombobulated and confused. I didn’t get an extra hour of sleep, I was just awake one hour earlier. I suppose being awake one hour earlier isn’t the worst thing in the world - better one hour early than one hour late.
Does this mean that tomorrow morning will be easy for me? Hardly. My limited experience with changes in time zones has led me to the conclusion that I adapt pretty quickly to these sorts of changes whenever they are potentially in my favour. So if I should be thinking it’s earlier than it is, I don’t, and if I should be thinking it’s later than it is, I do.
I guess my internal clock is resistant to all attempts by the universe to bring me out of of my perpetual state of lateness… bah!

Woo lateness >.< I, too, am a late runner. But I find switching timezones is fine when going away, awful when returning…
haha you do sound quite spoilt. but i do agree, it must have smelt a bit. i know what you mean about the clocks. i sit there for ages trying to work out whether i get an hour more or less. thank god it happens on a saturday though because otherwise getting up for work the next day would be a nightmare!
Make life a bit easier - get an atomic clock. It is accurate to the second and adjusts the time change automatically. Don’t know if it works other than in the US. GPS works everywhere on earth.
