Okay guys, yesterday I knew what this girl’s name was.. Today, it was on the tip of my tongue, and I had to search my old blog posts to find this hot, tattooed redhead!!! I didn’t experience any burning in the eyes while chopping an onion to make a lasagna tonight, but it sure got me as I was cooking that onion with some garlic in olive oil on the stovetop. Is this normal? Does one become accustomed to this sort of assault on the eyes? I haven’t made lasagna in quite a long time, so it’s entirely possible that it was just like this last time, I just don’t remember… I know that wearing contacts had shielded me from any of this ‘onion’ discomfort!!!
Speaking of remembering, I forgot to add a handful of shredded mozzarella to the spinach onion garlic ricotta mixture for the filling. My memory sure isn’t what it used to be. Maybe I should spend some time playing Big Brain Academy on the Wii, give my ticker a tune up instead of playing so much rock band!!!
