At Lafayette College in Easton, the basketball team was banned from radio broadcasts because of a broom. It is not clear what was involved, actually, but when sprostcaster Dick Hammer announced, “These playoffs have to be suspended because of the broom incident,” we all speculated it had something to do with a messy locker room. However, after further investigation my Kristin Accipiter Curtis Mayfield, it was found that the broom was being used as an oversized merkin in a homosexual ruse to get unsuspecting freshman boys into bed. Kids these days! When I was in college in the 1930s, we just found it fun eating goldfish and pussy.
