Anyways, I received a package today containing a recent order from Victoria’s Secret. ^_^

As I gleefully extracted my new goodies from the box, it became apparent that the staff responsible for picking and packing are not that careful…

One item ordered for my sister came in the right colour, but in the wrong size – much too large. The label on the packaging – not on the item itself, but on the plastic bag it was stored in – said that it was the intended size, so the problem is pretty transparent – someone stuck the label on the wrong bag. Understandable how the pickers and packers wouldn’t have noticed the problem – the label has the right numeric code on it, so nothing would jump out at them as problematic.

However, I also ordered four identical items, but I only received three. The label on what should have been the fourth was again placed on the wrong packaging, so the numeric code would have matched the others, but this time someone should have noticed that something wasn’t right. I ordered four black items, this fourth one was peach coloured. Furthermore, what I ordered was an item designed to cover me south of the bellybutton. That fourth item was an item designed to provide coverage in an area north of the bellybutton. 0_o

So yes, I ordered four sets of underpants, but what I received was three sets of underpants and one bra…. How someone could mistake a bra for underpants I’m not sure.

Okay, so perhaps they’re not paying much attention. But still. The order asks for four identical items. You’d think pulling out three items that match and a fourth one that is so obviously different would have prompted the picker or packer to take a second look… I know they don’t speak english, and may not be old enough to really read.. but still!!
