Anyways, I need to get a grip

On time, that is.

Somehow, an entire day has escaped me yet again. I had no appointments today, so I’m really not sure how it all happened. I was thinking that since I was basically home all day, I’d be able to get lots done. This is what actually happened:

I woke up.

I knit for half an hour.

I had my shower, clipped my fingernails and toenails, and got ready for the day.

I assembled a load of laundry, and handed it over to the washer.

I read a few emails, and sent a few emails.

I loaded last night’s dishes into the dishwasher.

I created an expense list for other members of my traveling party from my vacation, and sorted out who owes who what.

I transferred the clothes from the washer to the dryer.

I went to the bank.

I went to Home Outfitters and bought some plastic clothes and coat hangers.

I came home and put the hangers in their respective closets.

I went to the grocery store.

I came home and put the groceries away.

I started the dishwasher.

This brings us to 3 PM. 3 PM?!

I ate some leftover pizza for lunch.

I removed the clothes from the dryer and put them away.

So much for clawing my way out of the work backlog today.

Even though tomorrow is Saturday, I’ll have to try to be productive….
