Anyways, it’s going to be a busy weekend for me.

Friday, I’ve got a session booked to collect data for school – after the session ends, I need to rush over to a friend’s house to help her prepare for a big dinner party she’s throwing!

Saturday, I’ve got to get up and make myself presentable, then drive three hours to attend a wedding. The wedding is going to start at 2 PM, which means I had better be out the door and in the car by about 10:30 AM or so, just to make sure I have ample time to get there. Nothing like trying to tiptoe in behind the bride as she walks down the aisle. ^_^ Then it’s another three hour drive back home to meet up with more people for another celebratory dinner – this time, a friend’s post-secondary graduation.

My mother called this morning, and during our conversation it came up that my uncle is planning an as-much-of-the-extended-family-that-can-come vacation consisting primarily of a cruise off the Pacific Coast of Mexico. It won’t happen till next year, but seven days of floating and doing nothing but lounging and relaxing and sleeping and eating sounds pretty good. ^_^
