Okay guys, I figured you’d like this new gallery of Tiffany Hopkins… She’s quite cute!!!
Anyways, I’m discovering that I quite enjoy cooking. There’s something enjoyable about transforming ingredients into yumminess. ^_^ I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised, since I already know I like baking, and cooking is sort of like baking with a wider range of ingredients and techniques. Still, I’m no chef, and I have an embarrassingly small repertoire, but last night I made a stir fry with shrimp that turned out quite well!
Unfortunately, one thing that is coming with increased cooking though is increased cleaning. This I do not enjoy so much. Yes, I have a dishwasher, and yes, dishes and cutlery go in there, and I am so very glad that they do, but pots and pans I scrub out by hand. Ick.
And yet, there’s something very satisfying about starting with a kitchen cluttered up with dirty pots and pans, and then half an hour later looking around at all the clear, clean counterspace, with everything tucked away exactly where it belongs.
That being said, I did a wash of pots and pans yesterday, and there’s something deeply infuriating about having to do it all again today. O_o

After i carefully weaned my self off of kitchen detail to have a social life. Now,i neglect my friends in order to rush home & cook up Kaori inspired creations and othe tasty concoctions. My next baking venture will be blueberry muffins made from scratch.Im glad im the type of person that has a high speed metabolism so i dont have to worry about gaining weight. Are you the same type? or if you ate half a batch of cherry cookies every day would you gain a few pounds??
Perfectly understandable. I just made a coconut pineapple pie and even though I only used 2 bowls and a mixer they may soak in the sink until I get home from work. You’d hate my hours, I have to be at work at 6am and I don’t even get to see the sunrise.
