I hate speaking in front of large groups too, Kaori, and had a lot of trouble with it. A friend of mine who was a great speaker told me that when he's up in front of a large group of people, he imagines that the whole audience is naked. I tried it once, but it didn't help, so the next night, I went ahead and asked the audience to get naked for me. They did, and I gave the best speech of my life. Try it next time.
