I know that eating is important. I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Do I ever eat breakfast? No. The closest I get is brunch on rare occasions – usually I don’t eat anything till lunchtime.

I also know that skipping meals has a negative consequence on the way you metabolize the food that you do eat. So, if I’m going to misbehave and insist on not eating breakfast, I should at the very least eat a good lunch. Did I have a good lunch today? Nope. Haven’t gotten around to eating yet. It’s almost 4 PM, and I haven’t eaten a bite all day today, in spite of being up since 8 AM, and at work at about 9:30 AM.

I know I should eat something. Am I going to eat something before dinner?
