Last night I had one of the worst headaches of my life. T-T
Now, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it was a major headache in the grand scheme of headaches. I don’t normally get headaches, so it could very well be that I am a huge headache wimp, and what I experienced last night doesn’t even register with a seasoned headache experiencer.
That being said, I was in agony. Not writhing on the floor agony, but there were a couple of moments when I would press the heels of my hands up against my temples, as if I thought I could squish the pain out through the top of my head. There were no flashing lights, and no dizziness, so I don’t think it was a migraine, but there was loss of appetite and even a wee bit of something that was almost nausea – it felt like swallowing food took much longer than it should. I got about halfway through my dinner because I was hungry, and then I had to stop for a little break fearing that I might end up losing my dinner. T-T It then took some time for me to convince myself that I really did want to finish my dinner, which was chicken pot pie and fries.
It was at the break that I decided it was time to do something about the headache, and I took two fast-acting extra strength Tylenols. About an hour later I was feeling much better, though not completely pain-free.
By the time I went to bed, the headache was gone, but the odd feeling in my stomach remained.
This morning, I woke up headache free and with normal appetite. ^_^
I wonder what caused the headache in the first place?

Considering the runny nose, I’d bet it was allergies and sinuses. If your weather is about to change it can also cause what’s been going on. Ever been caught cheating? Or just fooling around?
Tylenol gives me a headache! Next time try asprin! It’s much more effective! As doctor’s say,if asprin were invented today,it would be a perscription drug!
