Okay guys - time for another hardcore / interracial gallery… She has very pretty blue coloured eyes!!
There can be only so much ‘young teen posing’ before we need a break with something nasty and taboo!!!! And I was MEANING to post another partyhardcore gallery, but I was looking through my stash, and couldn’t find it!!!!

So - it was a bad day for me… My backup harddrive containing all the stuff from my computer that’s in the shop just died on me…. Turned my old computer on today, and could no longer see the drive in explorer!! Stupid external drive… Eitherway, I had a friend come over and look at it, and he thinks he might be able to take the drive out of the shell, and recover my data… Otherwise, I just hope that HP doesn’t nuke my harddrive as they try to fix the computer!! (They pamphlet said they always reimage the drive…. grrrr…)

Anyways, a few nights ago, I made a ginormous broccoli and rice casserole. It was yummy, and it was really huge - the finished casserole yields servings for 12 - 16 people! Given that I was not throwing a dinner party, there are lots of leftovers, and these are in the fridge.

Last night, I made another casserole - involving ground beef, spinach, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese on top, mixed in with other less identifiable in the finished product ingredients. ^_^ It was also yummy, and it was also huge, though not as huge as the broccoli and rice one - this one yields servings for 6 - 8 people. Again, I wasn’t having company over, so the leftovers are also in the fridge.

This means that I have casserole lunches for at least the next three weeks! ^_^ Yes, that’s a good thing, because it means that the recurring question of “What will I have for lunch today?” now has a quick and brainless answer - “Casserole.” Sure, for a while I’ll have to pick which one I want, but that sort of decision is easier to deal with than pulling a lunch idea out of the blue. ^_^

On a related note, I’m very pleased with the results so far of my attempt to learn to cook some new things. ^_^ At some point in the next few days I’ll have to pick out a couple new recipes to try for next week. Maybe something that involves a BBQ that currently gets very little use!!!
