My cacti do not like to grow straight.
I don’t know if it is because of the lighting (it is the greyest time of the year in Montreal), or because of the constant moving (they travel back and forth between my window sil and book shelf every day). They are not bent, but they lean in one direction. (Wow – suddenly I had phallic thoughts ^_^)
Anyways, the odd part is that the three of them all lean in the same direction.
Yes, I realize that they lean towards the sun and the light – hence the reason I’ve been rotating them and switching them from bookshelf to window ledge. I’m guessing that my randomization isn’t random enough!!
I added some extra soil in the pot to make sure that they do not just fall off. Of course, I got pricked!!
